BOSTON, MA – The Merrimack College Baseball team lost a midweek contest to Northeastern on the road.
Matthew Chatelle knocked in three RBI's in the loss hitting his first homerun of the season.

Northeastern scored the first two runs of the game in their half of the first. Merrimack would quickly strike back in the top of the second as
Matthew Chatelle hit his first home run of the season driving in himself and
Alex Haba to tie the game up at two apiece. The Warriors took over the lead in the third as
Braydon Dolbashian drove in
Hayden Bond. MC held their lead up until the fifth inning when Northeastern scored two more runs to take the lead. Merrimack would respond once again in the sixth with two runs of their own, one from Chatelle and the other from
Dawson Bryce. The Huskies would put together a massive half of their inning in the sixth, scoring five runs going up 9 to 5 over the Warriors. Merrimack would be unable to score in their final three innings as the game ended in defeat for Merrimack.
