December 1, 2011 Youthful Volleyball Team Rebuilds For 2012 NORTH ANDOVER, MA – The very young Merrimack volleyball team couldn’t finish out matches like first year head coach T.J. Hajjar would have liked. The Warriors were in almost every contest until the end but they could not come up with crucial points when they needed them. The lack of finish may have been due to the youth of the 2011 team. This year’s team was compromised of six freshman, one sophomore, three juniors and only one senior. November 9, 2011 Sheehan Earns Northeast-10 All-Rookie Team Accolades North Andover, Mass. – Freshman outside hitter Stephanie Sheehan (Smithtown, N.Y.) has been named to the Northeast-10 conference All-Rookie team as announced by the league offices on Wednesday. November 5, 2011 Volleyball Downed 3-0 by Saint Rose on Senior Day North Andover, Mass. – The Merrimack volleyball team was downed by the Saint Rose Golden Knights 3-0 on Saturday afternoon at Bert Hammel Court. The Warriors honored their only senior, Nicole Duarte (Windham, NH) before the game as part of their senior day ceremonies.
