Press Box & Sideline Access: Only credentialed members of the media, coaches, league officials and designated administrators will be allowed in the press box area at Martone-Mejail Field and Lawler Rink or sideline press row area at Hammel Court. Cheering in the press area, press box or on the sideline is expressly prohibited. Work space is available at Lawler Rink and upon request at Martone-Mejail Field or Hammel Court for media members who need to file postgame reports.

All credential requests for coverage of Merrimack College men's ice hockey contests should be made at least 48 hours prior to event date. All credential requests for coverage of other Merrimack Athletics events should be made with at least 24 hours' notice.

Coach & Student-Athlete Interviews: All interview requests for any member of the Merrimack College athletic staff or any its student-athletes must be made through the Athletic Communications office. Please allow 24 hours for response to each request. All forms of media should also provide 24 hours of advanced notice for all in-person interview requests to allow the Athletic Communications staff to arrange a time/location that will respect each student-athlete's academic and competition schedules. At no time will the home or cell phone number of a coach or student-athlete be released to the media, and we ask all media outlets to respect this policy and the privacy of our student-athletes and coaches. In the case of telephone interview requests, the Athletic Communication staff will arrange for the student-athlete to contact the requesting media member.

Postgame Interviews: Merrimack College locker rooms are closed to the media. A 10-minute cooling off period will be strictly enforced, after which the Merrimack College head coach and any requested players will be made available. Postgame interviews will be conducted outside each team's respective locker room unless otherwise designated. Requests for visiting coaches and players should be made through the opponent's sports information contact, and all requests should be made prior to the conclusion of the game when at all possible.

Visiting Radio: If you wish to have a visiting radio broadcast from Merrimack College Athletics event, please notify the designated contact at least one week prior to the event. The Athletic Communications staff will do its best to accommodate all requests.

For visiting radio requests for Merrimack College men's ice hockey events, including commercial radio and student radio, a phone line and/or Ethernet access is available by the school, provided the requested notice is given. We request that radio stations call into the provided phone line.

Visiting broadcast space at Martone-Mejail Field and Duane Stadium (football, soccer, field hockey, lacrosse, softball) and Hammel Court (basketball, volleyball) is limited to ONE BROADCAST TEAM per school. Phone line and reliable wireless internet are available at both facilities. Ethernet access is unavailable at Martone-Mejail Field.
