Women’s Hoops Dominates Franklin Pierce On Senior Night, 70-50; Clinches 10 Seed
NORTH ANDOVER, MA – Senior Kelly Schatzlein (Tolland, CT) dominated on Tuesday night in her final game at Bert Hammel Court as she finished with 16 points and 19 rebounds in the Warriors 70-50 victory over the Franklin Pierce Ravens. With the win, Merrimack has won their last three conference games heading into the Conference Championship weekend.

Women’s Basketball Sneaks By SNHU, 65-62; Secures Playoff Berth
MANCHESTER, NH – Clutch free throws from sophomore Chloe Rothman (Newton, Mass.) with 14 seconds to play in the game gave the Warriors their 14th win of the season and a playoff berth for the first time under head coach Monique LeBlanc. The Warriors downed Southern New Hampshire 65-62 on the road to give Merrimack their first playoff berth in two years.

Schatzlein’s Late Layup Keeps Warriors Playoff Hopes Alive; Downs Saint Michael’s 66-64
COLCHESTER, VT – Merrimack senior captain Kelly Schatzlein (Tolland, CT) gave the Warriors the huge come-from-behind victory on the road on Wednesday night at Saint Michael’s. The Warriors trailed by 13 points at half and came all the way back as Schatzlein made the game-winning layup with 3.7 seconds left on the clock to take the 66-64 victory.
