SOUTH EASTON, MA. – Hillary McGarr (North Dighton, MA) and Heather Macedo (New Bedford, MA) were selected to the Northeast-10 All-Conference First-Team, as announced by the Northeast-10 Conference following Sunday’s Conference Championship match.

McGarr was second on the Warriors with 18 points (five goals, eight assists). She finishes her Warrior career as a four-time Northeast-10 all-star and the 2004 Rookie of the Year.

Macedo talled a goal and five assists from the sweeper position. She was an all-conference honoree in 2006 as well.

Julie Anderson (Middletown, RI) and Gabrielle Gramprey (Brockton, MA) were named to the second-team. Making her first appearance on the all-conference teams, Anderson was second on Merrimack with seven goals and 20 points, while tallying a team-high three game-winning-goals.

Gramprey led the Warriors in goals (10), assists (9), points (29), and shots-on-goal (36). She was an all-conference selection as a freshman in 2006 as well.

The Warriors lost the Northeast-10 Semifinal match to #3 Saint Rose 2-0 Thursday. They await Monday’s announcement at 5 p.m. on to see if they are selected to their seventh NCAA appearance and sixth in the last seven years.
