Men's Tennis Blanks Le Moyne, 9-0, in Fall Season Finale
WARRIORS REMAIN UNBEATEN IN NORTHEAST-10 CONFERENCE PLAY
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Merrimack College men's tennis team picked up their second conference victory of the season on Sunday as they downed Le Moyne by the score 9-0.

How It Happened
The Warriors dominated all the doubles matches on the afternoon. Senior Chris Barnhart (Longmeadow, Mass.) and sophomore Matt Pronesti(Mission Viejo, Calif.) downed Shane Evans and Daryl Johnson, 8-5. Sophomore Miguel Belfort (Caracas, Venezuela) and junior Vince Bellino(Amesbury, Mass.) also downed their opponents by the score 8-3. Freshman James Barnhart (Longmeadow, Mass.) and rookie Nick Majewski (Brewster, Mass.) continued their strong play defeating Benjamin Spoor and Tyler Shaban, 8-2.
Merrimack dominated all six singles matches on the morning. Belfort defeated Gayvert by a score of 6-1, 6-3. James Barnhart defeated Evans in the No. 2 spot, 6-2, 6-2. Chris barnhart won the No. 3 spot 6-1, 6-0. Pronesti defeated Spoor, 6-0, 6-2. Bellino and Shekh also picked up victories on Sunday, by the score 8-2 and 8-1, respectively.
