Rogowski Earns USLIA All American First-Team Honors

NORTH ANDOVER, MA – Greg Rogowski (Cohoes, NY) concluded his fabulous career Monday, earning first-team All American honors from the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association.

Rogowski becomes the first player in school history to be a four-time All-American and a four-time All-Conference honoree.

The senior captain led Merrimack to a school-record 14 wins and its first-ever NCAA Division II Final Four appearance while earning the Northeast-10 Player of the Year selection for the second time. Rogowski tallied 54 goals, fourth nationally and 84 points, tops in the country, this season.

He finishes his career with 213 career goals, third in NCAA Division II history, and 313 career points, fourth all-time. The senior owns virtually every record in school history, career, season, and game.

Finalists C.W. Post and Le Moyne combined to earn seven first-team nods, with Post gathering four and the Dolphins taking three. The USILA Awards will be announced all week on InsideLacrosse.com, with the Division II Special Awards on Wednesday, preceding Friday’s North-South game at Harvard University.
