Merrimack to Host MIAA Super-8 Division IA Tournament for Second Straight Year

NORTH ANDOVER, MA – Merrimack College will once again host the Massachusetts Super 8 Tournament, which will crown the Division 1-A state champion in boys hockey.

All games with the exception of the finals (held March 18 at TD Garden in Boston) are scheduled to be played at Lawler Rink on the campus of Merrimack College.

In the play-in round on Monday at Lawler, St. John's Shrewsbury defeated Needham 5-4 while Central Catholic edged Burlington 6-4.

Tickets are $12 per game and $7 for seniors and children.
